Extensive appraisal and review experience (since 1984) many types of residential and commercial properties. Property types include but are not limited to single family, condominiums, 2-4 family, apartments, office buildings, retail centers, industrial buildings, bowling facilities, restaurants, religious facilities, banks, hotels, subsidized apartments, subdivisions, among others.
Consulting experience relating to a wide array of issues including investment analysis, financing, zoning, condemnation, expert witness services and site selection.
Investment and management experience in residential and commercial land, single family dwellings, office and hotel property.
Experience with both local and high end national type projects. |

Single family residential work is primary limited to the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area including outlying counties. Commercial work area is unlimited based on the size and scope of the assignment. Past assignments have been completed throughout the State of Texas, the states of Colorado and Georgia, and the Country of Mexico.
