Mr. Albro has performed appraisal assignments of many types of residential, land and income producing properties. These include valuation assignments for loan purposes, estates, litigation, partial interest, condemnation, tax purposes, etc.
Residential appraisal assignments have primarily confined to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplitan area. Residential appraisals generally include but are not limited to residential dwellings, townhouses, condominiums, duplexes, quadraplexes and lots. Mr. Albro has been appraising in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex since 1984.
Commercial appraisal assignments have primarily been confined to the State of Texas but have on occassion been completed in other states and Mexico. Commercial appraisal property types are diverse but primarily include office buildings, retail buildings, shopping centers, subdivisions, apartments and industrial buildings. Mr. Albro also has experience with special purpose type properties such as hotels, marinas, bowling facilities, restaurants, etc.
Seminars are attended on a regular basis to stay current with the latest trends and developments in the appraisal industry.
